Check fit Compliance & Transparency
Our Commitment to Compliance
OXO Panel is designed to support transparent, clinician-guided care. This page explains how we operate, who makes clinical decisions, and what protections are in place for patients.
Built with a compliance-first approach. Treatment decisions are made by licensed providers.
How the Process Works
OXO Panel is built with a compliance-first approach. Every patient interaction passes through a licensed clinician - there is no automated approval pathway.
- A licensed clinician reviews every case before any treatment decision is made.
- Patients complete a medical intake that is evaluated by a real provider, not an algorithm.
- Not everyone will qualify. Clinical eligibility is determined solely by the reviewing provider.
- Payment does not guarantee treatment or prescription.
Where We Operate
Care availability depends on your location and medical eligibility. OXO Panel operates under applicable telehealth laws in the jurisdictions where our licensed providers are authorized to practice.
- We confirm your state of residence during intake.
- Services are only available in states where our providers hold an active, valid license.
- If OXO Panel cannot serve your state, you will be notified before any charge is made.
- A current list of served states is available by contacting support.
This is not an emergency care service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
Provider Review Requirement
Treatment decisions are made by licensed providers - not by OXO Panel's platform or software. Our system is designed to support transparent, clinician-guided care.
- All clinical decisions are made by a licensed physician or qualified clinician.
- Providers review medical history, medications, allergies, and jurisdiction before making any decision.
- Provider decisions are logged. No approval occurs outside the clinical review workflow.
- Patients may be declined based on medical history, location, or clinical judgment.
No Guarantee of Treatment
OXO Panel does not guarantee treatment or prescriptions. Licensed clinicians make all care decisions based on medical eligibility, applicable laws, and clinical judgment.
- Not everyone who applies will qualify for treatment.
- Completing intake and making a payment does not guarantee a prescription or care plan.
- If you are found ineligible, you will be informed of the reason and your payment will be addressed per our refund policy.
Privacy & Security
OXO Panel is built with HIPAA safeguards in mind. We take patient data seriously and have implemented technical and administrative controls to protect your information.
- All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.
- Access to patient records is limited to the treating clinical team.
- Audit logs record all access to protected health information.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal health information for advertising purposes.
- Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) are in place with key service providers.
- A full Notice of Privacy Practices is available upon request.
Prescription Controls
Prescriptions are never automatic. Our system is designed to ensure they cannot be.
- The prescription workflow is separate from the payment workflow - payment triggers intake, not approval.
- No prescription is issued without an affirmative clinical decision by a licensed provider.
- Patient consent is captured and stored prior to any treatment.
- Provider license state is verified against patient location before any prescription is considered.
- Patients receive their prescription only after both clinical review and dispensing pharmacy verification.
